ALEXA COMPLETES LEASEUP IN RECORD TIME OF THE HISTORIC J.W. CONGDON MILL APARTMENTS

The Joseph W. Congdon Mill located at 13-1/2 Van Houten Street in Paterson, N.J., was developed by Longstreet Development to be ready for occupancy last summer. Alexa Management, responsible for the leasing and management of this historic mill, moved the first family into the building July 29 and leased the final residence on New Years’ Eve, 2010.
